Cancellation Policy:

KDR has a 24 hour participant cancellation policy in place, subject to a 2 hour charge. If cold or flu symptoms are present, please cancel the scheduled session as early as possible to minimize viral transmission. If symptoms linguine during recovery we can adjust on a case-case basis. KDR staff will provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a session for any reason.

Expenses / invoicing / funding:

All invoicing will happen either monthly or bi-weekly, depending on payment provider. This is determined case-case. All session expenses will be in-addition to hour rate. Ei: travel, admission, food, extra items of need for participant. This includes admission and food of similar value of the support worker. All daily expenses will be factored into overall pricing, and invoiced accordingly. Funding / payment advances can be held on file for 12 months of initial allocation. Held funds will not be valid after 12months.

Insurance:

KDR and its participants are fully ensured under Zenn Insurance. Transportation is fully insured 3rd party liability up to 5 million under ICBC
